Withdrawal and refunds

How you can withdraw from a purchase in Faber, how cancelling Builder works, and how you get your money back.

Your right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you can withdraw from a purchase in Faber within 14 days without giving any reason. The period starts on the day the contract is concluded, which is the day you buy.

Faber starts right away

Before you pay, you ask us expressly to start straight away and confirm that you know what a withdrawal then costs. As soon as your payment is confirmed, Faber adds the energy to your account or switches Builder on. Your right of withdrawal remains; what you have already used is taken into account as described below.

Energy packs

If you withdraw from buying a pack, you get back what you paid. Energy from the pack that you have already used counts as provided, and the refund is reduced by that share. Any energy from the pack that is still left is removed from your account.

Builder

If you withdraw from Builder, the subscription ends and you get back what you paid, less a proportionate amount for the time Builder was active up to your withdrawal.

How to withdraw

Tell us clearly that you are withdrawing, for example by email to the address below, or contact Link support (support.link.com), which handles payments for Faber. A short message is enough, and you do not need to give a reason. You can use the model withdrawal form below, but you don't have to.

You meet the deadline if you send your withdrawal before the 14 days are over.

Your refund

We refund you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. The money goes back through Stripe to the payment method you used, and Stripe emails you a confirmation.

Cancelling is not withdrawing

You can cancel Builder at any time: on the page “Cancel contracts here” (linked at the bottom of every page and in the game's account menu), under “Manage plan” in your Faber profile, or in your orders at link.com. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep Builder until then. We do not refund part of a period that has started. Within the 14 days you can withdraw instead.

Other refund requests

Separately from withdrawal, you can ask Link support for a refund. Stripe decides on such requests under its own rules and, in certain cases, can refund within 60 days of the purchase.

Energy for failed actions

If an AI call fails, the energy it took comes back to your account automatically. What comes back is energy, not money.
